We focus on memory-first systems that stay stable while models evolve.

What we care about

• Memory that is cheap by default: durable personalization should not require slow retrieval or web browsing on every message.
• Portability across models: memory should survive model swaps, architecture changes, and different enterprise stacks.
• Governance and evaluation: versioning, provenance, ACLs, and regression gates are required for production agents.

Current focus (editable)

• Persistent memory stack: structured hot packs + bounded recent packs.
• On-demand retrieval: vector search and browsing are tools, not taxes.
• Exact-match callback memory for long sessions.

Design note (for artists/designers)

We want a background image that looks toward the sky: clouds and endless stars, a sense of distance and upward motion. It should feel like a long research horizon, not a corporate hero banner. The swallow logo should read as "flying upward".
